Organize the information by columns and give them a title in the first row. You can identify your vehicles by license plate number or driver's name.
Write in detail the starting point of your vehicles.
Write in detail the arrival point of your vehicles which, on occasions, may be part of a circular route and be the same point as the starting point.
Information such as hours, maximum weight, maximum volume or maximum services, is additional information that you can include in this file.
All this information will then be related to the optimizer: the starting point field with the field of your starting point file as well, for example. Tip: to make sure that each field is correctly designated, a green check will appear next to it.
