aUnassigned stops are all those stops that are not linked to any planning, either because you have not assigned it to any plan yet or because for some reason, the optimizer has not included it in the planning (an alert will notify us).

If in planning any of the stops is found to be incomplete or canceled, you can move the stop to another plan or move it to "Not assigned".

With a Gorilla or Kong license you will be able to find unassigned stops in Planner > Stops, filtering by Unassigned as Selected vehicle.
