With SmartMonkey Planner you can create zones for the same project and implement them in each of the schedules as needed.

In this way, you will be able to create as many zones as you need and use them or not in each of your plans.

To use zones, you need first to enable them (1), create them (2) and finally activate (3) them on each plan.

1. How to enable zones

  1. Get into Project Settings on the left sidebar.

  2. Click on Planner fields: Constraints.

  3. Enable Zones.

2. How to create them

You can create them from their own section (from Plans > Zones), or within a planning (button Zones > Create Zone).
In both cases, you can then create them with the pointer (A) or with the finder (B).

A. With the mouse pointer

  • After clicking on Create zone, select the polygon (right of the finder).

  • With the mouse pointer, create the zone directly on the map.

  • Now you only need to assign a name and color and you will have the zone ready and available to use in any of your plans.

B. With the finder

  • After clicking on Create zone, type and search for the zone you want. You can search by Neighborhood, City, District, Town, among others.

  • Now you only have to assign a name and color and you will have the zone ready and available to use in any of your plans.

3. Activate zones in a plan

For the zones to be visible within a plan, we must go to Zones, in the lower left corner of the map and there enable or disable all those zones that we want to use.

Whenever a new plan is created, it will be created with the zones that are currently activated at the project level.

Important: Zone creation is only possible with Gorilla or Kong licenses.
