With SmartMonkey Planner you can create zones for the same project and implement them in each of the schedules as needed.

In this way, you will be able to create as many zones as you need and use them or not in each of your plans.

To use zones, you need first to enable them (1) in the Project settings, then create them (2) and finally activate (3) them on each plan.

1. How to enable zones

  1. Get into Project Settings on the left sidebar.

  2. Click on Planner fields: Constraints.

  3. Enable Zones.

2. How to create them

  1. Enter Project Settings and click Zones.

  2. Click Create zone on the upper right corner.

  3. With the pointer, create the zone on the map.

  4. Now you only have to assign a name and color and you will have the area ready and available to use in any of your plans.

3. Activate zones in a plan

For the zones to be visible within a plan, we must go to Plan settings and there enable or disable all those zones that we want to use.

Whenever a new plan is created, it will be created with the zones that are currently activated at the project level.
