In Planner you can enable and create new custom fields for the Drivers App. Thanks to this functionality, you will be able to choose what information you want your drivers to see in the Drivers App while on route for each of the stops to be made.

How to enable fields in the Drivers App

  1. Go to the Project Settings page

  2. Click on the Drivers Fields, Stops section

  3. If you want to enable any of the fields, just click on the enabled button.

How to create custom fields in the Drivers App

  1. Go to the Project Settings page

  2. Click on the Drivers Fields, Stops section

  3. Click on Create custom field

  4. Now, you only need to include the required field information: Label, Identifier, Description (optional) and select the format type.

  5. Click on Create Field and your custom field will be automatically created and enabled.

    *If you wish to edit or delete a custom field you can do so by clicking on the 3 dots next to it.
