With SmartMonkey Planner you will receive a daily summary email with your each of your projects activity. This report includes:

Total stops: Completed, Incomplete, Canceled or Pending.
​Cancellation reason: No one in the place, Wrong address or Other Reasons.

Route time: Sum of the total time on route of all every vehicle.
​Customer satisfaction: Customers average satisfaction regarding their received deliveries.

If you dont want to receive this daily email, you can disable this feature from your account Settings by unchecking the "Daily summary" option from the Notifications section.
