An important part of the route schedules is the duration of each of their stops. The more precise this time is, the more accurate your results will be, and that will benefit you and your clients.

By default Planner will set 5 minutes as the duration of each stop, but you can define this value according to your operation.

To modify this time, you must go to:
Project settings (left vertical bar) > Optimizer > Stop Duration.
