In cases where your operation is totally or partially repeated, you can duplicate your previous plan as many times as necessary, helping you to save you a lot of working time.
To do so, go to the Plans section (within Planner), right-click on the plan you want to duplicate, and select Make a copy from the dropdown list.
Once you select this option, you will be able to configure several options:
Name
Start date (when the first duplicate plan will be created)
Periodicity (you can choose not to repeat, or to repeat daily or weekly)
Frequency (every how many days or weeks).
Ending date (until when do you want your plans to be duplicated).
Repetition day (if you select weekly periodicity, you will be able to choose which days of the week you want your plans to be duplicated).
This feature will allow you to create several duplicate plans at the same time, and will help you to save time.
To finish, click on Create duplicate.
