SmartMonkey Planner allows you to plan by zones when having a Gorilla or Kong license. This means that the stops within a previously defined perimeter will be done by the vehicles that you decide.

Create a new plan from the Plans section.

<a href="https://support.smartmonkey.io/en/articles/5084926-how-to-create-vehicles">Add your vehicles</a> and <a href="https://support.smartmonkey.io/en/articles/6722012-how-to-assign-zones-to-your-vehicles">assign their zones</a>. You can also previously assign the zones to your vehicles from Assets.

Create your stops <a href="https://support.smartmonkey.io/en/articles/5917130-create-stops-from-scratch">from scratch</a> or <a href="https://support.smartmonkey.io/en/articles/5192174-create-stops-using-an-excel-file">using an excel file</a>.

Click Optimize plan. The optimizer will assign the stops included in zones only to the vehicles that you have previously defined.

2. Create a new plan from the Plans section.
3. <a href="https://support.smartmonkey.io/en/articles/5084926-how-to-create-vehicles">Add your vehicles</a> and <a href="https://support.smartmonkey.io/en/articles/6722012-how-to-assign-zones-to-your-vehicles">assign their zones</a>. You can also previously assign the zones to your vehicles from Assets.
4. Create your stops <a href="https://support.smartmonkey.io/en/articles/5917130-create-stops-from-scratch">from scratch</a> or <a href="https://support.smartmonkey.io/en/articles/5192174-create-stops-using-an-excel-file">using an excel file</a>.
5. Click Optimize plan. The optimizer will assign the stops included in zones only to the vehicles that you have previously defined.
