If you need your drivers to take a break during their route, either to eat or to rest, SmartMonkey Planner allows you to configure it. Thus, you will not need to create two routes and you will be able to unify all your tasks in a single daily plan.

You must perform 3 simple steps:

  1. Create a stop and choose its name.

  2. Edit its duration.

  3. Manually modify the order of this stop so that it is performed when you decide.

Another option, if you don't need to get valuable statistics regarding the duration of your stops, is to increase the duration of one of your stops by including the break.

Example: if the duration of one of your stops is 5 min, you can define that duration to be 50 min (5 + 45 min rest in that address).
