As soon as you have clicked on Optimize plan, your routes will be ready to be sent to your drivers. At this point, you will already have an estimated arrival time for each stop. This time is approximate and will change as your driver's route is completed.
For this reason, you will see the time of the stop in different colors:
Grey 🌫️: As soon as you have clicked on Optimize plan.
Orange 🟠: Once the driver starts his route.
Green 🟢: Real time when the stop has been completed.
Red 🔴: Real time when the stop has been canceled.
NOTE: For this plan, the grey time will never change. On the other hand, the other 3 colors will change and adjust each time the driver marks a new stop as completed/cancelled.
