How to communicate with your customers in a PickUp & Deliveries service

In the left sidebar, go to the Settings tab, once there, choose the Fields option. In Optimizer Constraints you will see several options: to activate the messaging in PickUp & Deliveries you must click on the Pickup field and select the enable button.

Once you have this option enabled, you will be able to check in the Communication tab, in Emails, how up to 7 free templates appear to be able to communicate with your clients directly and efficiently.
