Stops status

Within Planner, stops can have different statuses. These are:

  • Created stop: As soon as the stop is created in the platform.

  • Scheduled stop: When the stop is already part of a plan.

  • Stop in route: When the driver assigned to that stop has already started his route.

  • Stop completed: When the driver has completed the stop and the service has been performed.

  • Stop cancelled: When the driver has cancelled the stop.

These statuses will allow you to have a clearer view of your deliveries/services and keep your customer informed in detail.
